I am a Registered Social Worker, with 16 years experience in private counselling.
I understand that there are many reasons that we reach out for information around counselling. Sometimes life throws us challenges that feel a little too daunting to handle alone, or we feel the need to have someone to talk to about the situations we are in. Regrdless of your situation, counselling can provide a non-judgmental space to be listened to, understood, and supported in finding your way through whatever you are facing. It can guide you in making sense of your experiences, developing strategies, and finding ways to adapt.
